The 4-high roller levelling machine is a semi-automatic and cost-effective tool designed for levelling various metal workpieces, including steel, aluminum, copper, stainless steel, mesh sheets, laser-cut plates, alloy plates, and more. The manual adjustment of the roller gap is facilitated by a digital display guide, allowing operators to use two hand wheels to fine-tune the straightening performance of the leveller. This machine finds applications in fabricating metal parts for vehicles, aviation, high-speed trains, chain boards, saw blades, stamping parts, sheet metal, furniture, and electrical appliances.
By balancing internal stress and enhancing flatness, the machine achieves micron-grade accuracy, ensuring workpieces meet the required standards for subsequent processes like bending and welding. The roller leveller features a multi-layer arrangement of numerous levelling rollers with minimal spacing, utilizing the “Bauschinger effect” to gradually align metal fibers, eliminate internal stress, and improve flatness.

The roller leveller machine is equipped with numerous levelling rollers arranged in multiple layers with minimal spacing between them. Utilizing the “Bauschinger effect,” the sheet metal undergoes repeated twisting to gradually align metal fibers, eliminating internal stress and enhancing flatness. Staggered support rollers ensure that levelling rollers bear heavy pressure in a balanced manner without bending deformation, providing the entire equipment with sufficient rigidity. The four-high layer structure consists of upper and lower support roller columns and upper and lower levelling roller groups, ensuring a stable, efficient, and high-quality levelling performance.
For manual adjustment of the levelling roller gap, operators can use the digital display guidance to turn the two hand wheels and fine-tune the leveler’s straightening performance. The 4-high precision levelling machine includes both upper and lower support assistant roller sets and levelling roller sets. All rollers undergo meticulous processing to ensure levelling accuracy. High-quality bearing steel is used for all levelling rollers, with processes such as quenching, tempering, precise machining, hard chrome plating, and grinding. The surface hardness is maintained at 58±2°, with a chrome layer thickness of ≥0.05mm.
The backup rollers (support rollers) adopt Japan export roller bearings, with two or more columns of backup rollers uniformly distributed in the upper and lower levelling roller sets to ensure balanced pressure on the levelling rollers. All gears are made of 20CrMnTi material, undergoing processes such as forging, tempering, surface carburization, and precise grinding, achieving a grade of IT6.
